The addition of a gymnasium/multi-purpose hall and new music classrooms for the school in the Cropettes park is resolved by constructing a new architectural unit integrated with the existing building.
The new unit is configured as a courtyard building open to the street, with a roof oriented to optimize the use of photovoltaic panels, and a pergola covering the facades to improve the passive energetic performance of the building.
