The Art Platform gathers its four  main programs around a covered passage that extends through the building the major urban connections.
These four epicenters at the four corners of the building are recognizable by shape and materials, that remind some features of the traditional Korean houses. The vertical extensions of these covering tilt to protect portions of the public space from rain and sun and welcome its visitors.
The four epicenters of the art center expand in the public space, defining at the northwest corner the open air exhibition space with water features, and at the southeast the cavea, that can be used as a space for open-air performances.
The two opposite corners of the art center are left open to the free flowing of visitors.
The garden is a gently sloped green hill toward the public platform, equipped with long slides on one side, while is facing with a sequence of steps towards the adjacent neighborhood, offering a space where to meet at a more intimate scale.
The exhibition space is made of a series of parallel walls, sliding vertically to allow multiple configurations of the space, integrating as desired the permanent exhibition with other temporary exhibitions of various types and dimensions.
